Charley O'Neill
Charley O’Neill is a mortgage and protection adviser, passionate about helping clients secure the right finance while ensuring they’re fully protected and informed.
When not at her desk, she enjoys spending time with her children and getting lost with the dogs in the woods.

Liz Nugent
Liz Nugent is a dedicated mortgage adviser who loves helping first-time buyers and supporting clients navigating separation, having been through the process herself.
Outside of work, she’s kept busy with her two children — a daughter who’s passionate about horse riding and a son who’s a keen cyclist.

Claire Davies
Claire is based in East Yorkshire and has over 5 years of experience as a mortgage adviser. She is passionate about breaking down the process for her clients in clear, simple terms.
With a background in legal work, her attention to detail and caring nature make her an excellent and approachable adviser.
When not advising her clients or busy with her children, you can find Claire catching up with friends over a cocktail, or getting lost in a good book.

Lisa Brooks
Lisa is a mortgage adviser based in Oxfordshire.
Starting in financial services in 1997 and later managing the renovation of a Grade II listed home, she combines deep industry knowledge with hands-on property experience. She specialises in remortgaging to fund improvements, first-time buyers, and 100% mortgages. Clients value her approachable style and calm, jargon-free guidance.
When not advising her clients, you can find Lisa walking the dog, or on the side of a netball court.
Paraplanner & Client Care Co-Ordinator
Jess Akers
Jess is a mortgage-qualified paraplanner with extensive experience in the mortgage industry.
She combines meticulous case preparation with friendly, proactive communication, regularly coordinating with lenders, solicitors and surveyors to help secure prompt mortgage offers. A mum of two and keen runner, Jess brings energy, clarity and care to every client file.
When not at her desk, you can find Jess out running and enjoying time with her family.
